Open Clay!

Know your way around a pottery wheel but feeling a little rusty? Perfect! During the Open Clay sessions, our resident ceramic specialist will be on hand to give you tips to make the most of what we have to offer. Plus, there will be free clay for MEMBERS of the Studio Arts and Craft Centre. Don't forget: all current UWM students have a free membership – just stop by and sign up.

Did you participate in Open Clay and now need to glaze your pieces? Stop in and learn the basics of glazing from our resident ceramic specialist. Your pieces from Open Clay will be fired and ready to glaze! .

Members will create matchless woven pieces! Join us and learn how to string, weft and warp on a handmade loam, and leave this workshop with a piece of jewelry, bookmark or small woven tapestry.

Need new style in your kitchen? Who doesn't? Come and make an entire set of mugs or bowls from press molds and show off your skills to friends and family. Clay, glazes and firings are free for the event!

Check out our September artists of the month!

Danielle Burren is a Drawing and Painting/Art History major at UWM. Her drawings are primarily portraits of people. She ultimately hopes for the audience to understand these drawings as a series of portraits, or a framework in which they may place themselves and others.

Nellie Worden is an Art Education major at UWM. Being an art education major has given her the opportunity to explore a variety of mediums. She has taken a different approach to each one and never planned on creating a body of work that necessarily correlated. However, she has found that although different avenues, the concepts overlap in some way. "I've found out more about myself through the making of the art than I'd anticipated. This excites me and emphasizes why art is absolutely necessary and the creative process is an essential way of understanding oneself and the world around them. Some themes I explore in my work are perceptions (and nuances and uniqueness of each), growth and dying - the recycling of life, and underwater. Recently, I have become interested in retrospective thinking and knowledge based off experience and would like to explore that idea further."

Here's another round of awesome student artists showing their work here at the SACC.

Katie Broenen is a Photography/Graphic Design Major at the Peck School of the Arts. Broenen speaks about of her work saying, "My favorite project I've done thus far is entitled, "Where She's Been." It constitutes where I've been and within the last year, some places are of importance, some are just daily acquaintances, using my favorite pair of shoes to suggest my place within the environment. As I travel, I have been continuing this project; as of right now, I don't see an end. The presence of the shoes hints at my personality while my absent body allows the viewers to enter the space as if it were them."

Ruby Jaeger is a junior in the jewelry and metalsmithing department at UWM. Her body of work includes investigations of nature, language, and gender identity. She is the current recipient of the Logan Travel Scholarship, and will be traveling to Ireland, England and Scotland to further research on ancient metalsmithing techniques and practices.

Program Manager. My job is challenging but in the best possible ways. I get paid to be creative and work with the most incredible people. The SACC staff is motivated, charismatic, funny, passionate, lively, dedicated and simply lovely.

What astrological sign do you believe you are, knowing now that is is false?

I hate astrological signs. I believe in Jesus. I don't hate astrology, but I put no thought into it's significance. Wow, that sounds serious.

What’s your favorite color?

Green. Sometimes blue is perfect, but I'm always drawn to green. This may be why trees are my most favorite thing.

What facility / tool / area do you think is the bestest at the Craft Centre?

The BESTEST would have to be the center fuse. Casting is an incredible process that I would encourage anyone to learn. Sign up for the Silver Casting class. It starts Wednesday, March 30!

I made a drawing of Kim Sullivan's face. She is a hottie so I enjoyed it.

Valentine Card Making

Making Floats for Mardi Gras Parade!

On Tuesday, March 8, the Craft Centre participated in a Mardi Gras parade throughout the Union at UWM. For the entire week prior, the SACC was available for differentstudentorganizations and union departments to come in a make a float. This year we had the Peer Health Advocates and puppet maker Jeff Holub collaborate with the float making.

Haaaaahahahaaa. Well I started out as an Aquarius, so I’m going to stick with it and as much as I want to believe in this stuff, they basically made it extremely hard by randomly changing the signs and than adding a new one.

What’s your favorite color?

Orange. Orange. ORANGE. Although I hate wearing orange and I definitely hate oranges even though the smell is nice.

What facility / tool / area do you think is the bestest at the Craft Centre?

The paper and matte board cutter. Exacto blades, rulers, straight lines are the death of me.

What is the coolest thing you have made at the Craft Centre?

Hmmmmmmmm…. I did a B&W photo series on prostitution. I’m not sure if it’s the ‘coolest’ thing I’ve made here, but it did get the most reactions.

If you were a vegetable, which one would you be?

CUCUMBERS!!!!!!!! Yum yum yummm! [Raw, they’re awful when cooked, actually I prefer all my vegetables raw that cooked. When they’re cooked, most people over cook them and make them mushy, like they think we don’t have teeth. Ew.

What’s your favorite website?

I don’t know, Netflix?

What is your favorite class you have ever taken while at UWM?

Ummmmm… I can tell you which classes I’ve hated… Intro to Ceramics, Intro to Design, Graphic Design I, Art Survey, Chemistry 102 and Calculus 211. Ugh, I get the shivers thinking about them.

No, but I do believe in the supernatural.

For the month of December, we have been showing painter Kris French and ceramicist Benito Tyjeski. Sierra Student Coalition

The SSC strides to protect the environment and develop leaders that promote sensitivity to the Earth and its resources. This artwork is constructed completely out of buttons and glue!

Tara uses everyday household items to make these large scale sculptural pieces. For example the piece above is created out of thousands of paper plates and the piece below is created of thousands of paper cups. This paper cup installation hangs from the ceiling like a giant light fixture!

Eco-Street Art & Mud Stencils @ the SACC

UWM student and local artist Jesse Graves is bringing street art to the Craft Centre and the timing couldn't be better as it starts to warm up out there. Check out Jesse's website for more info on mud stencils at http://mudstencils.com. You'll find some of his work and the work of others.

"I began stenciling with mud to put environmentally conscious messages in public spaces. I use mud or earth because it is a fundamental life-giving substance, logical for my messages. Mud stencils are an evolving medium, intended for art and social justice, not corporate advertisement," Jesse states on his website.

The SACC is hosting a 2-day workshop on April 24-25 (Saturday & Sunday) from 12:30-2:30pm each day. In this 2-day workshop students will learn about the growing movement of street art that is created with the environment in mind! We will discuss and learn to use environmentally-friendly materials and reclaimed materials to create our own street art. Topics include guerrilla gardening, moss graffiti, anti-graffiti, and mud stencils!

Featured Ceramics Artist: Matthew Harris

If you are familiar with the Craft Centre's own Benito Tyjeski and his sculptural work, check out the artist Matthew Harris from Boulder, Colorado. His work is currently featured in the latest issue of Ceramics Monthly and can be seen on the contemporary ceramics website ArtAxis.org.

Some of his previous works include a series of statuary heads, similar to Benito's figural sculptures which also explore a variety of cultures. In the featured image, titled Bourgeois Tomb Guardian (13 x 20 x 8 inches, 2007), Harris creates a traditional head piece and gives it a modern touch by adding mixed media on some of the inner surfaces.

Paper Mountains

Have you ever created something, only to find yourself trying to explain it afterward? For me, my best ideas come when I am most relaxed and usually result from boredom but seldom end there. When you let your doodles and scribbles spark your imagination, and search for realistic ways to explain them, the result is often unique and personal. That's what I like most about the things i make, they comfort and excite me by reflecting back the things I've learned, the people I've met and places I've seen. Last week, a folded piece of paper and a pencil were my available tools, and this week my camera and photoshop helped to view my sketch in a different way. Who knows what will finally satisfy your idea, so be open to new techniques and explore possibilities, even what seems impossible.

Okay, loyal readers. I know that you delight in the regular posts by SACC staff members and sometimes think to yourself "I sure wish I could work there"! Well, the good news is that you can!

The SACC employs regular staff members, i.e. Studio Assistants and managers, but we are always in search of enthusiastic instructors as well. Naturally, it takes some time and effort to craft a class or workshop, but it is truly rewarding to get paid to teach others about an art form, craft, or technique that you love!

So - when you have decided that you are ready to share your skill with others, your next step is to acquire the Instructor Application and Course Proposal Form. You can easily access this form via the SACC website under the 'Information' tab or you can retrieve a copy from one of our helpful Studio Assistants at the Studio Arts and Craft Centre. This application is designed to help you, a potential instructor, consider all of the details involved in preparing for your class or workshop including scheduling, curriculum plan, budget, and necessary tools and supplies. Our Program Manager, Kate Kopp, is available to work with you to formulate and promote a successful course.

So as Nyasha and Kim have mentioned in the posts below, the SACC Screen Printing class will be starting on March 29th and running through April 26th. It usually fills up pretty fast, so if I were you I'd sign up right away. And if I weren't you, I'd still sign up right away, because this class is way cool.
If you're interested in screen printing and looking for some inspiration, I'd definitely suggest checking out these two amazing artists:

First is Minneapolis based Aesthetic Apparatus. AA got started designing and printing band posters, and have since moved into packaging and product design for all kinds of well-known companies. You can see some excellent examples of their work here:

Second are The Little Friends of Print Making, who are from our very own Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Like Aesthetic Apparatus, the Little Friends do a lot of work printing concert posters for bands. You can take a gander at their prints here:

I particularly admire the Little Friends because they have a really fantastic way of using the transparency of the screen printing ink. By taking advantage of how colors look when printed on top of each other, they can create a print that has up to nine separate colors happening while only using three colors of ink. This also cuts down on the number of screens they have to use in order to make a more complicated print, which is a good way to save time and resources.

As reported in the post, Closet Classics Caffeine and Clothing will be closing soon. Currently large mark downs are happening and I'd recommend shooting over there while it is still open.

I personally have found the prices to be completely reasonable, especially now during this ending sale.

As always, feel free to bring in any piece that you'd like to alter. We have functioning sewing machines within the studio and an entire fibers room at your disposal. Also if you catch me or any other staff member, we may be able to help figure out how to make whatever it is, fit just right.

If you're not into altering we also have a large selection of patterns for check out. Options range from period costumes to Vogue patterns. Come in and take a peek at the collection. =)

On a different note, I'd like to let you all know about our up-coming Screen Printing class. It runs from March 29 to April 26. Definitely not a class to miss; screen printing gives you the freedom to mark anything you've made. Use images that inspire you and wear them around or alter your bag to suit unique tastes. Take advantage of this awesome class and learn a skill you'll use for life.

Nathan Sawaya: LEGO AMBITIOUS

Many people think just because something is a painting or a bronze sculpture it is a piece of art, however, traditional materials like clay, metal and canvass are not what defines an object as art. Nathan Sawaya, based in New York, creates this large scale, amazing pieces of art with LEGOS. I saw one figurative LEGO art piece and was astonished. Hello! I'm Kim Sullivan and I'm the taking over the Marketing Manager position at the Studio Arts and Crafts Centre. I'm a Graphic Design major graduating next December. I've been working at SACC for a little over a year and I think it's one of the best facilities on campus for both art majors and non art majors.
We have an awesome Screenprinting class that is starting Monday March 29th. Screenprinting is so much fun to learn and it's a great medium for anyone. You can print on tee-shirts, bags, paper, wood...well just about anything.
I've been working on a little marketing campaign for the Craft Centre for the past month of so called the Doo-Dad project. The craft centre employees have been busy collecting random objects from the studio space and as a result I've been designing and printing these little informative cards that will get tied on to all these pieces in order to be scattered through the campus. You can use screenprinting as a form of marketing for any organization or club you are involved in, just come in and ask us. Here is a little snippet of what the Doo-Dad cards will look like....

Hello everyone,

My name is Kate Kopp, and I'm currently training as the new Program Manager here at the Studio Arts and Craft Center. I'm a Junior receiving my undergrad in Painting/Drawing, a minor in Psychology with hopes of receiving my masters in Art Therapy. I also enjoy working with Ceramics, Photography and Metals.

I'm so excited for this opportunity and can't wait to meet all the students and community members who use this space. Please stop by and introduce yourselves! Hi everybody,

My name is Emily, and I'm the Jewelry & Metalsmithing Lead Assistant here at the Studio Arts and Craft Centre. I would just like to take this opportunity to update all of you on the metals happenings at the SACC and UWM in general.

First of all, there are only two spots left in the Introduction to Jewelry and Metals class that I am teaching this semester. So if you are interested, you'd better hurry and sign up! The other jewelry classes here such as Copper Enameling, Easy Etching, Bronze Casting, and Resin Jewelry and Magnets all have plenty of room, but I'm sure they'll fill up quickly as well.

I would also like to mention one of the visual art guest lecturers who will be visiting UWM this semester for the Artists Now! Lecture series. Lisa Gralnick will be lecturing on her current project, The Gold Standard, in which she explores the societal values placed on precious material. Gralnick's lecture is scheduled for March 31st at 7:00 in the Arts Center Lecture Hall, 2400 E. Kenwood Blvd. This is definitely something to be excited about if you are interested in jewelry and metalsmithing!

Hello avid SACC blog readers,

I am the lead assistant for the photography lab and will be giving you tid-bits of information about photography this semester.

I would like to start off by recommending a video for everyone to watch. This video is done by Alex Roman of http://www.thirdseventh.com/. The video name is "The Third and The Seventh." From his description I take the name as the sequence of art forms. He uses Architecture the Third and video the seventh form of art in a historical context. I hope you enjoy the video there is beautifully shot architecture, exciting camera work, old school cameras, tributes to Robert and Shanna Parke Harrison (Architects brother) and most important Milwaukee's own architectural wonder MAM.

I would also like to recommend taking a walk over to the architecture building and looking at the photography show up in the gallery--Inflected Modernism: The Architecture Photography of Balthazar Korab. He was a prominent architectural photographer in the 60-70's. Working with Eero Saarinen,Frank Lloyd Wright and other modern Architects a like. You can see stunning images of the Milwaukee War Memorial and Falling water. It only runs for another week so rush over there and check out the beautiful B&W Prints.

Finally I would like to extend the welcome to be a part of my photography classes this semester. I will be teaching an Intro Black & White Photography Class every Thursday starting Feb. 18th that will go until March 18th. You will learn the basics of your film camera, sharpen your composition skills, and start developing from black and white negatives. You must provide your own camera. The other supplies are available for purchase at SACC. I will also be teaching a refresher course for those who have ventured into a darkroom before but have been gone for some time. I will introduce you to our photography space and remind you of the darkroom details that might have slipped away.

Well stop in to the craft center and ask for, me, Corey Gaffer if there is a photography question on your mind. I will try to answer them all.

I almost forgot--if you would like to join Focus, the photography club at UWM, come to the Craft Centre on Mondays at 6:30. We network, create, and show student work.

The kilns at the SACC are now working and ready to fire your work. The cost of clay is $15 for students and $20 for community members. This fee includes the cost of glaze and firings. Saturday, February 6 we will have Open Clay from 1pm to 4pm. During the Open Clay session, our resident ceramic specialist will be on hand to give you tips to make the most of what we have to offer. Welcome back for the spring semester! The UWM Studio Arts and Craft Centre (SACC) is squeaky clean and ready for another round. Stop by and grab a schedule full of classes, workshops, free events, and more. If you’re not familiar with the SACC, it’s located on the UWM Union ground floor in room EG30 and open 7 days a week.

The SACC opens on January 25th and the staff would be happy to give you a tour around the space and sign you up for your membership! If you had a membership last semester, drop by to renew it for the spring. Registration for classes and workshops also begins January 25th, so reserve a spot early.

Just to give you a taste of what we’re all about, the SACC is an open studio space with specialized areas in jewelry and metalsmithing, fibers, photography, and ceramics, but there is plenty of space for drawing, painting, printmaking, and whatever else your heart desires. We have plenty of tools for check out and many supplies for sale. Stop in to work on a project, mount your work, buy supplies for classes, or just be crafty for awhile. If you’re looking to build skills in any of our areas, our classes and workshops are a great place to start.

The school year is creeping up on us fast and this thought has motivated me to cram as much as I can into this last month of relaxing summer. I checked out Milwaukee Magazine's list of events online to find some local shows and see what's going on in the art community. They actually have a pretty solid list and I found some interesting events, so be sure to check it out.

On another note, artist Faythe Levine, director and co-author of Handmade Nation, (she gave a talk last semester at UWM) is keeping busy and has a blog you can follow to keep up to date. A showing of her film Handmade Nation will be held on Aug. 28th at the Milwaukee Art Museum from 6:30-9:30. Tickets are $5 in advance, $10 at the door, or free for members.

Also, the SACC fall schedule has been finalized--to get a sneak peek at what's to come, check out the calendar. Registration for events starts Aug. 24th, so take a look and scope out what we have to offer. The website should be updated soon enough and I'll be sure to let you know.

Art in Hayward

I took a camping trip this last weekend near the town of Hayward and found an awesome local art shop/gallery--if you're up there for some reason, make sure you check it out. Local artists sell their work and there is a huge variety of media anywhere from pottery and glass to photography and everything in between. Check their website for more info and examples of work. I took a few photos of my own on a camera phone to be sneaky (some are even through the store window), so not great photos, but you can tell the work is pretty great.

The largest exhibition of masterpieces of American photography ever presented in Wisconsin, Seeing Ourselves features over a hundred iconic images from the internationally acclaimed George Eastman House Collections of Rochester, New York. This extraordinary exhibition dramatically illustrates our country’s landscape, people, culture, and historic events through works ranging from vast western scenes to fascinating documentary photographs to intimate celebrity portraits. Artists represented include such masters of the medium as Ansel Adams, Alfred Stieglitz, Paul Strand, Edward Weston, Lewis Hine, Dorothea Lange, and dozens of other accomplished photographers.

Spanning more than 150 years of photography, Seeing Ourselves is organized according to five broad themes: American Masterpieces, American Faces, America at War, America the Beautiful, and American Families. Each section features renowned photographs documenting the American experience. The exhibition begins with “American Masterpieces,” which sheds light on celebrated images like Yosemite Valley, Summer by Ansel Adams, Nautilus by Edward Weston, and The Steerage by Alfred Stieglitz. Other highlights include Oshkosh native Lewis Hine’s Powerhouse Mechanic, a dynamic image symbolizing the arrival of a new Industrial Age, and Dorothea Lange’s unforgettable photograph Migrant Mother, Nipomo, California, which gave a human face to poverty and suffering during the Great Depression.

“American Faces” illustrates the diversity of our nation, including subjects ranging from Native Americans whose ancestors have lived here for thousands of years to immigrants at Ellis Island who had just arrived in America that day. Photographs of everyday people are juxtaposed with portraits of illustrious political and civil rights leaders, artists, celebrities, and athletes, including Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Marilyn Monroe, Babe Ruth, and many other familiar faces. Master photographers who portrayed these individuals include Mathew Brady, Edward S. Curtis, Walker Evans, Richard Avedon, Alfred Stieglitz, and Edward Steichen.

Some of the most famous, memorable, and shocking images in the history of American photography are photographs of war. While photographs of war may be difficult to look at, they serve as an important record of America’s past. “America at War” displays images from the American Civil War, World Wars I and II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, as well as contemporary photographs created in response to 9/11.

“America the Beautiful” features timeless photographs that capture the beauty and power of unspoiled nature, as well as scenes of westward expansion, urban America, and the intimate spaces we call home. Dramatic images of Alaskan glaciers, majestic western views, and tranquil dunes are contrasted with big-city skyscrapers, small-town neighborhoods, and backyard gardens. The final section, “American Families,” brings together families from all walks of life, exploring their differences and commonalities. A variety of examples by such notable photographers as Weegee, Lewis Hine, Aaron Siskind, Margaret Bourke-White, and Mary Ellen Mark are included. Some works portray idealized scenes of American life, while others capture a glimpse of everyday life and the serious challenges many families face, such as poverty or illness. Highlights include Hine’s photograph of an Italian family seeking lost luggage at Ellis Island and a tender portrait of a mother and son from the series Black in America by Eli Reed, an award-winning member of Magnum, the prestigious photojournalists’ cooperative.

Seeing Ourselves: Masterpieces of American Photography from George Eastman House Collections is organized by George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film and is made possible through a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts as part of the American Masterpieces program. George Eastman House is the world’s oldest photography museum, founded in 1947 on the estate of Kodak founder George Eastman, the father of popular photography. The museum has unparalleled collections of 400,000 photographs from 14,000 photographers dating from the beginnings of the medium to the present day.

In conjunction with Seeing Ourselves, the Paine’s upstairs Gothic Gallery showcases vintage cameras from the past century. Several cameras exemplify the types of equipment used by some of the master photographers featured in the Main Gallery exhibition.

Summer Ideas

Looks like it's finally officially summer now that we've gotten a few 90+ degree days! Hitting the beach is great, but sunburn, not so much--so if you're looking for somewhere to cool off and give your body a break from the sun, stop in the SACC! Work on some summer projects--just because it's summer doesn't mean there aren't plenty of opportunities for artists out there! Don't forget about the classes and workshops, too.

MARN (Milwaukee Artists Resource Network) has a constant stream of postings for artists on it's Yahoo group page including opportunities for you and galleries in the area. Check out the Riverwest Artists Association's (re)cycle (re)visit: an exhibition of found objects and ephemera. The show is held a the Jazz Gallery from June 20-July 11 and the gallery is open Thursdays from 5-8pm and Saturdays from 12-5pm.

The Post Secret event was a success!

Frank Warren, creator of Post Secrets, came to the UWM campus last night to share his journey with us. The lecture sold out and students made over 100 post secret cards here at the SACC to display in the Union. If you missed it, check out the photos! To get everyone ready for Craftivist Faythe Levine's talk at the UWM Union on November 17, the Studio Arts and Craft Centre will host a workshop series highlighting the work of local crafters and activists!

Faythe Levine Crafting Your Life: Constructing a Creative DIY Community
Milwaukee, WI

Artist and organizer Faythe Levine, a 2007 recipient of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s Mary L. Nohl Fund Individual Artist Fellowship, talks about craft, activism and community--from your home, to the gallery, and into the street. Levine will examine local and national Do-It-Yourself movements, consider the role of DIY in arts-based initiatives, and engage you in a discussion of alternative ways to structure your life, create community and use your creative skills for personal exploration or direct action.

Becky Tesch works with old bicycle parts and found objects to create wearable, fashionable accessories. Her work can be found at www.mymishmosh.com. Becky was also on HGTV creating duct tape purses!

Just to give you a little taste of what you're missing out on, we're giving you a digital tour of the Craft Centre--check out everything we have to offer!

Welcome to the Studio Arts & Craft Centre, or SACC if you want to sound really cool--we're on the ground floor of the Union and open at noon.
We're much more than just a hallway--walk a little further and you'll discover the studio. To the left and you'll find tables for ceramics, a slab roller, extruder, glaze room, 3 kilns, and 8 pottery wheels.

Stop in to use one of the 8 pottery wheels--you can even check out all the tools you'll need to make that perfect piece.

To the right you'll find the general studio area with a brand new screen printing wash-out sink, 6 work tables, a light table for photo negatives, rentable lockers, and the jewelry & metalsmithing area.
Onto the photo area--here is the main hallway. The yellow lockers are available for members to rent. At the end of the hall you'll find matte cutters, a photo drying rack, a negative dryer, and more.

There are 3 film processing/screen pr

ocessing rooms complete with all the tools and chemicals needed--just check them out at the front desk!

The B&W film darkroom has plenty of enlargers and all the tools you'll need. If the Mitchell lab is full or you just want to play around with your photos, the lab is all yours.

The SACC has a variety of tools for check-out at the front desk. Film processing kits, photo printing kits, sewing machines/supplies, clay buckets w/tools, screenprinting tools, and plenty of jewelry/metalsmithing tools are all available to members at no cost.

There are also a bunch of supplies available for purchase including red and white clay, clay tool kits, poster board/foam board, B&W film, photo paper, screens, and screenprinting inks.

Now that you've gotten a taste of the SACC, stop in and ask the clerk at the front desk for a real tour and get started on you projects! Remember, UWM students have a free membership and community members, staff, faculty, and alumni are always welcome for a membership fee!

Jewelry

Intro to Jewelry and Metals

Thursdays, September 18 through October 16

7pm to 9pm

Learn the basics of jewelry and metalsmithing. Techniques covered will include use of several tools (jewelers saw, torches, files, flex shaft, etc), soldering, cold connections, patina, and finishing. All supplies included.

Casting

Wednesdays, October 29 through December 3

7pm to 9pm

Course will cover the basic techniques of the lost wax casting process. We will be using a centrifugal casting machine. Participants will design and construct an item in wax to be cast in bronze. Skills covered will include: wax construction, model making, spruing, investing, casting, cleaning, mold making and finishing.

2 ounces of bronze will be provided, additional metal available for purchase.

All other supplies included.

Self Portrait in Clay

Create a self-portrait (idealized or otherwise) in the form a life-sized ceramic bust. Transform yourself into a hero, heroine, enchanter or enchantress. The final piece will be painted, waxed and buffed to a shine.
